Dr. Youn Joung Cho is currently a Master (VP of Technology) of Material Development Team, Semiconductor R&D Center at Samsung Electronics, Republic of Korea since 2022. She has working experience of ~19 years on the development of semiconductor materials for deposition and etch process.
After receiving her Ph.D. degree in organometallic chemistry from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), Daejeon, Republic of Korea in August 2004, she joined Material Technology Group in Manufacturing Technology Team at Samsung Electronics in September 2004. In 2011, she moved to Material Development Group in Semiconductor R&D Center, in which the group was promoted to Material Development Team in 2018.
