Gary Kim

Gary Kim (M.B.A) joined RTM as a Strategy Team Lead in 2022. He leads the Strategic Planning team, and his responsibilities include building a go-to-market strategy to implement AI technology for the manufacturing sector as part of the “autonomous factory” project. He also works with the investors to provide investment opportunities as RTM grows to be the leader in the AI solution provider for the advanced manufacturing field. 

Prior to joining RTM, he worked as a management consultant at Bain and Company, helping clients build growth strategies and increase the enterprise value of the firms within the energy, e-commerce, and advanced manufacturing fields. 

Gary received an MBA degree from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a Bachelor’s degree from DePaul University, both located in the United States.
