Seung Bum Kim

Seungbum Kim joined SK hynix in 2000.  

He started as an etch process engineer and continued on in subsequent roles in both etch process and general process leaderships in a career spanning five generations (100 ~ 30nm) of DRAM technological development. Prior to his current position, he also worked as a 2ynm TD leader in one of SK hynix’s TFT’s. Currently, he is developing 4F2 and 3D-DRAM as a leader in SK hynix’s Next Gen DRAM Process team.

VP. Kim received B.S. & M.S. in the Electrical Engineering from Chung-Ang University.
