Yasuhiro Shirasaki

Shirasaki has been involved in development of novel SEMs for more than 11 years and has experience in electron optics and applications. Prior to joining Hitachi, he has worked on organic electronics and received SB and PhD in electrical engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
