Senior Director of Product Management in EUV NXE Business Line
Christophe Smeets joined ASML in 2000 as an applications engineer in customer support. In the role of fab start-up engineer, he provided on-site support to ASML’s customers worldwide, optimizing yield and productivity.
From 2009 to 2012 he held various management positions in ASML customer support in Japan.
In 2013, Smeets returned to ASML’s headquarters in the Netherlands. As Senior Director of Product Management he is currently responsible for the introduction of the NXE:3800E and NXE:4000F systems.
Smeets holds a Master’s degree in Physics from the University of Leiden, the Netherlands
