Myoungsub Kim

Dr. Myoungsub Kim received the B.S and M.S degrees in Materials Science and Engineering, and Ph. D. degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Yonsei University, Seoul, Korea. Myoungsub Kim joined SK hynix, Korea in 2007 and he has been mainly working on the process integration, device and reliability of emerging memories. He has published more than 20 technical papers and holds over 30 US patents in the field of emerging memories. He is currently technical leader of Selector-Only Memory (SOM) project at Global Revolutionary Technology Center, R&D, SK hynix.
