Xin Wu (Invited)

Xin Wu has worked from 1993 as a NCG (new college graduate) in Xilinx (became a part of Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) since Feb 2022).  He started from 0.6um technology, till now on N2 and A16, more than 15 generations of technologies and products, from many foundries and suppliers. His organization’s responsibilities include silicon, hetero-integration, advanced packaging, thermal mechanical solutions optical and many other technologies development.  

Xin Wu received PhD and MSc from University of California Berkeley USA and Peking University, China, respectively.
