Qiguang Li

Qiguang Li, Ph.D., has been Head of Product Marketing for Unpatterned Wafer Inspection at KLA since 2018. In this position, he oversees unpatterned wafer inspection product roadmap definition, market trend analysis and customer collaboration across worldwide semiconductor fabs. In his 20-year tenure at KLA, Qiguang Li not only led unpatterned wafer inspection products, but also contributed in patterned wafer inspection and review products.

Qiguang Li received a Ph.D. degree in nano-material science from University of California, Irvine, USA, and a Master degree in Chemistry from the Peking University, China. As a nano-material scientist and chemist, Qiguang Li has multiple publications in nano-materials electrodeposition and photoluminescence, as well as two-dimensional semiconductor materials.
