Woo Jin Jung

Woo Jin Jung has been DRAM process development engineer at SAMSUNG semiconductor R&D center since 2009 with capacitor dielectric materials and lithography patterning process development. He received BS/MS/Ph.D. of Physics with development of STM(Scanning Tunneling Microscopy) tool and Si surface analysis in Yonsei University, Seoul, Korea. Currently, He keeps working on DRAM lithography patterning development focusing on EUV and High NA strategy from cost effective perspective and for next generation product.
