Takashi Watanabe (Invited)

Takashi Watanabe is Chief Specialist at KIOXIA Corporation with responsibility of CMP mass production and process development since 2020. He joined Toshiba Corporation (predecessor of KIOXIA) in 2008 and contributed to the CMP process development for 3D flash memory and CMOS directly Bonded to Allay technology (CBA).  

Prior to joining Toshiba Corporation, Watanabe has engaged in CMP process development for system LSI at Fujitsu Limited for 8 years.

Watanabe received M.Eng. in applied chemistry field from Waseda University, Tokyo, Japan.
