Kasidit Toprasertpong (Invited)

Kasidit Toprasertpong received the B.E., M.E. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Tokyo, Japan in 2013, 2015, and 2018, respectively. During 2015-2018, he was a Research Fellow of the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science. He spent two years at Stanford University as a Visiting Scholar during 2022-2024. He is currently an Associate Professor with the Department of Electrical Engineering and Information Systems, Graduate School of Engineering, the University of Tokyo. His current research interests include fundamental solid-state physics, next-generation field-effect transistors, various transistor channel materials, and embedded memory technologies.
