Hyung Dong Lee

“Hyung Dong Lee”, Ph.D. has been PCM device leader at SK hynix since 2019 with responsibility of directing cell structures and characterizing of PCM devices. Prior to joining PCM project, “Hyung Dong Lee” worked for New Memory as a device engineer and senior-level management at SK Hynix for 8 years.

”Hyung Dong Lee” received a Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, Stanford, CA, USA in 2011.
