Janko Versluijs

Janko Versluijs received a M.Sc. degree in Applied Physics from Delft University of Technology (The Netherlands) in1996. In 2002 he got a Ph.D. in Physics from Trinity College Dublin (Ireland), on the topic of magnetoresistance in ferromagnetic oxide nanocontacts. He joined IMEC in 2002, where he has been working in imec’s lithography group as an R&D process engineer, setting up and developing litho processes for leading edge back-end-of-line applications. He has authored or co-authored over 70 papers published in peer-reviewed international conference proceedings and technical journals.
