Shinhee Han

Shinhee Han, Ph.D. has been Principal Engineer of Process Architecture Team at Samsung Electronics with process integration, device characterization and yield enhancement for embedded STT-MRAM products. Since he joined Samsung Electronics in 2007, he has accumulated the special experience in the field of next generation new memories such as PRAM and MRAM. His specialty is the bit cell design, process integration and electrical characterization of new memory devices.

Han received M.S. and Ph.D. degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Seoul National University, Seoul, Korea in 2007.
