Yunie Chang

Yunie Chang is a Assistant General Counsel, at KLA Corporation since 2014 where she is responsible for corporate legal and compliance matters.

Prior to joining KLA, Chang was a corporate counsel at SK hynix and LG Display where she served various corporate legal roles such as global transactions, intellectual property matters and overseas projects. Prior to becoming a lawyer, she was a semiconductor engineer developing DRAM process integration at the Semiconductor R&D Center of Samsung Electronics.

Chang received Juris Doctor from Lewis and Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon (USA). Chang earned her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Ceramic Engineering from Yonsei University in Seoul, Korea.  She is admitted to New York Bar.
