Nicole Shin

Nicole Shin is the Director and Business Sector Head of Customer Support Business Group (CSBG), Global Account in Lam Research Korea. Since she joined Lam Research Korea as the first female process engineer in 1995, she has grasped the needs of customers and the business roadmap and provided support based on the technical knowledge about semiconductor equipment she accumulated while serving as a Global Account Manager, starting with etching process engineer. In 2008, she transferred to the U.S. headquarters of Lam Research as a Marketing Manager and worked on marketing and business development for global customers for about 10 years. She returned to Lam Research Korea in 2018 and served as an Account Business Operations Manager of Regional Operations Management. In the semiconductor field, which was like a wasteland for women at the time she joined the company, she continuously challenged the limits and grew her career by mastering various fields including global marketing and business operations while serving as a process engineer and account manager.
