Sarah Eunkyung Kim

Sarah Kim, Ph.D. has been a professor at Seoul National University of Science and Technology since 2007 with teaching and researching in the field of semiconductor processing and advanced semiconductor packaging. (https://esl.seoultech.ac.kr)
Prior to joining Seoul National University of Science and Technology, Kim was an engineering manager for Intel. During her 7 years at Intel, Kim spent time developing BEOL interconnects, 3D integration, and die-package interface and managing a sort test group. Kim also holds an Intel’s 45nm node core patent.
Prior to joining Intel, Kim worked at Korea Institute of Science and Technology and Samsung Electronics.
Kim received a B.S. degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, NY, USA, a M.S. degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge, MA, USA, and a Ph.D. degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, NY, USA.
