Yagob Kim

YaGob Kim has been working as a mechanical designer in Etch Team at SEMES for 5 years.

While working in SEMES, he designed top modules of equipment, having electrode and gas flow system, lift module, transferring wafers in the bottom of chamber to the top, and chamber frame of dielectric etcher equipment (Michelan-O2, O3, O5).

One of his main roles is to redesign a part of the equipment having a problem of interference, unnecessary chemical reaction or low durability in vacuum state. He also collaborates with Field Engineers for high performance of the equipment.

YaGob Kim received a bachelor’s degree of Mechanical Engineering from Handong University, Pohang, Korea.
