Kong-Soo Lee

Dr. Kong-Soo Lee is leading Next Generation Deposition/Diffusion process in Semiconductor R&D Center of Samsung Electronics. In 1998, he started his career in LG Semicon, and joined Semiconductor R&D Center of Samsung Electronics in 2000 as a process engineer. Dr. Lee has been developing process technologies of thin films deposition and junction engineering for memory and logic application. He has authored over 30 technical papers in international journals, and has invented more than 20 US patents on thin film technologies including selective epitaxial growth and gate/capacitor dielectric deposition as well as ion implantation. Dr. Lee received Ph.D(2012) degree in Semiconductor and Display Engineering from Sungkyunkwan University.
