Hyunjoung Kwon

“Hyunjoung Kwon”, Ph.D. has been process control technologist on equipment intelligence (EI) group at Lam research Korea company for about 4 years (since 2017) with responsibility of end point detector (EPD) sensor project. From 2021, I had internal job transfer to Samsung AT and has been field process engineer for 2 years with responsibility of HARC etch process and productivity.

Prior to joining Lam Research Korea Company, I was filed application scientist for Nanometrics Korea Company. During her 3.5 years at Nanometrics Korea Company, Kwon spent time doing responsibility to support OCD modeling in Logic/CIS etch process.

Kwon received a Ph D degree in science (condensed matter of physics) from Busan Nat university, Busan, South Korea. Major topic in Ph D thesis was Glass dynamics of Disaccharides by using dielectric and Brillouin spectroscopies. During Ph D course, I’ve achieved the several spectroscopy techniques with temp control in condensed matter of physics understanding. While taking Ph D course, there were several chances of English presentation at international workshop which help me to improve English communication.
