Jennifer Waters

Jennifer Waters is a Senior Director of Industry Development for Empire State Development’s Strategic Business Development division, where she manages the semiconductor, microelectronics and uncrewed aerial systems portfolios. She works with existing New York state employers to solve critical issues for their growth in the state and works to attract new business to state. She previously served as the Vice President of Business Development and Communications for Mohawk Valley EDGE and adjunct Professor in the School of Business and Justice Studies at Utica University. Jennifer holds a Master’s Degree in business administration and entrepreneurship and two Bachelors of Science degrees in public relations and journalism all from Utica University, in Utica, NY.
