Evolution of Device Technology in NAND Flash Memory, Samsung Electronics
Dongjin Lee, Ph.D. is a principal engineer in FLASH TD Team at Samsung. He received M.S and Ph.D. degrees in the electrical engineering from Pohang University of Science and Technology (POSTCH), Pohang, Korea, in 2008. He has developed various memory devices and FEOL integration technologies for DRAM (D1x/y devices & D1a FEOL) and Flash (V8 ~ V11 devices) products. His current research interests are the next generation Flash devices, including high speed peripheral transistors.
