Technical Leader for Image Analysis Software Technology, Principal Engineer, Samsung Electronics
Dr. “Hansaem Park” is currently a principal engineer and a technical leader of image analysis software technology in Mechatronics Research, Samsung Electronics.
He received his Ph.D. from Computer Science Department at Yonsei University in 2011, advised by Prof. Sung-Base Cho, and worked as a visiting researcher at University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, collaborating with Prof. Honglak Lee in 2020.
Since he joined Samsung Electronics in 2011, he has developed software and algorithms for image-based metrology and analysis within the semiconductor industry. His research focuses on supervision efficiency in machine learning to solve practical challenges in the field of semiconductor MI.
