Hyeongwoo Kim

Kim Hyoung Woo received B.S., M.S., and Ph. D degree from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Ajou University, Suwon, Republic of Korea, in 1998, 2000, and 2018. His research interests are wide bandgap semiconductors, power devices, and management ICs for power converters. He has been the director of the advanced semiconductor research center at the Korea Electrotechnology Research Institute.
