Seungjoo Yoo

“Seungjoo Yoo”, has been a process engineer at Lam Research Korea since 2022 with responsibility for conductor dry etching process team. Prior to Lam research Korea, “Yoo” worked at process development team in Samsung Electronics semiconductor R&D center from 2001 to 2022, and was in charge of developing pattering processes and scheme design in VNAND products. In particular, “Yoo” participated in the development of a number of key processes starting from the first generation of VNAND.
