Ji Young Chung, is Sr. Director, Master Process Engineering at Amkor Technology Korea for 33 years with responsibility for the package development engineering and responsibility for the packaging technology pathfinding and roadmap activities.

Chung has extensive experience in packaging with the hermetic packaging with ceramic based and the plastic packaging with leadframe based and also laminated PCB based, and wafer level packaging.
