SangDuk Park

SangDuk Park, Ph.D. has been a research engineer at the Semiconductor R&D Center in SAMSUNG Electronics for 10 years with responsibility of the etch process development for logic devices.

Prior to joining SAMSUNG Electronics, Park was a research engineer for SEMATECH. During his 2 years at SEMATECH, Park studied plasma etching process development for various dielectric materials.

Park received the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in School of Advanced Materials Science and Engineering from Sungkyunkwan University, Suwon, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. His work mainly focuses on various plasma etch processing.
